Sunday we will be studying from Matthew 27:27-66 the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. It remains a heated subjected today as to why Jesus came to die. In his book 50 Reasons Why Jesus Came to Die (download the ebook for free here) John Piper offers the following reasons from the pages of Scripture:
